*Elections for Facilitator and Secretary position (come out to vote or run
for a position)
*Presentation and discussion with a developer interested in re-developing the property where Dallas Night Club is located along Burnet Rd.
*To be eligible to vote you must be:*
- 18 years of age or over,
- live in Crestview (rent or own), or
- own property in Crestview, or
- are a business owner in Crestview
In addition to the vote, there will also be an important presentation and discussion with a developer interested in re-developing the property where Dallas Night Club is located along Burnet Rd. They want the Neighborhood’s feedback on their potential re-development plans and have requested that CNPCT consider the possibility of requesting a neighborhood zoning change on that property to VMU (vertical mixed use) from its current zoning designation. The City will also seek a recommendation from the CNPCT regarding any possible zoning changes on the property. We need your help in deciding what our future will look like.
